Brewed in collaboration with Baeren Beer of Morioka, Japan, this Czech‑style Pilsner honors the shared flagship style of both breweries—crisp, balanced, and rooted in tradition, with a subtle twist. Made with Hitomebore rice and Noda sea salt from the Morioka region, alongside white sesame seeds, this beer is inspired by the flavors of an onigiri. These elements come together in a clean, refreshing pilsner with subtle depth and a gently toasty finish, woven into a classic Czech Pilsner framework.
