Win a Trip to Lager Fest

2. Eligibility 

The Contest is open to all individuals aged 21 and older at the time of entry. Proof of age will be required to claim the prize. 

3. Contest Period 

The Contest begins at 12:01 AM PST on March 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on March 31, 2025. 

4. How to Enter 

To enter, participants must sign up for the Buoy Beer Co. newsletter by scanning the QR code provided on promotional materials or by accessing the contest link. Participants are limited to one (1) entry per email address. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. 

5. Prize 

The winner will receive the following prize package: 

• Two (2) tickets to Lager Fest in Astoria, Oregon. 

• Overnight accommodation in a hotel located in downtown Astoria, within walking distance of the festival. 

• Two (2) merch packs featuring exclusive Lager Fest gear. 

The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $500. The prize is transferable to another individual, provided the recipient is subscribed to the Buoy Beer Co. newsletter and meets all eligibility requirements. No cash or other substitutions will be offered. 

6. Winner Selection and Notification 

The winner will be selected via a random drawing conducted by Buoy Beer Co. on or before April 4, 2025. The winner will be notified via the email address used to enter the Contest. 

The winner must respond to the notification email within five (5) calendar days to claim the prize. If no response is received within this timeframe, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. 

7. Conditions of Participation 

By entering, participants agree to: 

• Provide proof of age (21+) upon request. 

• Abide by these official rules and the decisions of Buoy Beer Co., which are final and binding in all respects. 

Participants are not required to agree to any publicity or promotion to claim their prize. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

Buoy Beer Co. is not responsible for: 

• Lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligible entries. 

• Technical difficulties, network failures, or errors of any kind that may affect entry or participation in the Contest. 

By entering, participants release Buoy Beer Co., its affiliates, and partners from any liability arising from participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize. 

9. General Conditions 

Buoy Beer Co. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if unforeseen technical or legal issues arise that compromise the integrity of the Contest.

Any personal information collected during the Contest will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest and in accordance with Buoy Beer Co.’s privacy policy. 

11. Governing Law 

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
